Roketa Parts Return Policy


We understand that people order the incorrect parts from time to time and returns and exchanges are gladly accepted on most parts as long as the following conditions are met:

1) No returns are accepted without a valid RMA number issued by us. Any returns received without a valid RMA number will be refused. You can obtain an RMA number by clicking below. RMA requests must be received within 2 weeks of delivery.

2) Parts must be received in un-used, un-installed and saleable condition.

3) Electrical parts CANNOT be returned. We cannot test electrical parts.

4) Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of a re-shipment, customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. We do not charge a handling fee for re-shipments.

5) Returns accepted for refund will incur a 25% restocking fee with a valid RMA number and if received to the warehouse within 30 days. Returns accepted without a valid RMA number will incur a 50% restocking fee. S&H charges are non-refundable.

6) Returns may be refused after 30 days. If a return is accepted after 30 days, it will incur a 50% restocking fee

7) Special orders cannot be returned or cancelled. All sales are final on special orders.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled BEFORE they are shipped. Orders cancelled and deliveries not accepted AFTER they are shipped will incur a loss of the original shipping expenses AND a 25% restocking fee to cover return shipping expenses, packaging costs & labor spent preparing the shipment.

Orders cancelled BEFORE they are shipped will incur a 6% cancellation fee. This fee covers the credit card fees charged by the credit card processing companies and any time/labor involved.
